Physical Limits’ change rooms are custom designed with the beginner client in mind. Females are insured of ultimate privacy with custom designed, fully enclosed shower and toilet areas. (Similar to what someone would find in their own home). Women can also pamper themselves in the mirror area, which includes 4 stainless steal gooseneck faucets with matching Italian basins. Relax in the steam room and sauna area, the only one of its kind in the Cornwall region. Classic Italian and Greek music floods the female change area and adds a greater sense of relaxation after a hard workout.

The men are also pampered with Cornwall’s cleanest and best-equipped steam room. The luxury steam room is found directly across from Cornwall’s most private and luxurious shower facilities. Men also have fully enclosed bathroom facilities plus TV entertainment. You will not only like the change areas but you will actually frequent them because of our great programs that keep you interested in fitness and health all year around.
